By placing an order with TechVerse, you agree to the terms outlined below.
7‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original condition • Item must be returned in original packaging • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included • Proof of purchase must be provided
Important:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable • A reasonable handling/restocking fee may apply (up to 15%)
TechVerse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
30‑Day Returns (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
Customers may return items within 30 days if:
• The item is defective • The item arrived damaged • The wrong product was delivered
In these cases:
• TechVerse will cover return shipping costs • Customer may choose refund, replacement, or store credit • Refunds will be processed after inspection
TechVerse may request photos or videos before approving a return.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or damaged items (unless defective) • Clearance or sale items • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) • Digital products or downloadable items • Gift cards • Items without original packaging
