Where we ship
TechVerse currently ships nationwide.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7-11 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over R1000
- A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to orders under R1000
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or logistical issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at techverse.help01@gmail.com
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order by logging into your TechVerse account.
